Villa Yucca

This outstanding villa, Villa Yucca, is situated on the prestigious Parque da Floresta Golf & Leisure Resort, which is near the village of Budens in the West Algarve and borders the nature reserve of Costa Vincentina. The scenic west coast of Portugal with its stunning rugged scenery is a short drive away and has some of the best beaches in the world with spectacular scenery and a variety of birds and flora.

Villa Yucca, which has air conditioning units in the living room and all the bedrooms, has been designed to take advantage of the sun for most of the day, with three sets of patio doors to the upper terrace from the L shaped living room and dining area. Each of the bedrooms has patio doors leading to the pool terrace and the garden beyond. There is also a small roof terrace with superb views over the resort and surrounding countryside.
Built on two levels the first floor is given over to a hallway with a cloakroom, the living/dining room, kitchen and utility room.

The L shaped living area is tastefully furnished with good quality furniture, comfortable sofas and chairs. There is digital satellite television with “free to air” channels, a DVD, CD and stereo music centre for the entertainment of guests. A log burner provides heat for winter lets.

The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs for eight people with ample crockery, glasses and cutlery.
The two sets of patio doors lead out on to the upper terrace which has a built-in barbecue and sink, plus tables and chairs for outside dining on summer evenings. One set of stairs leads down to the pool and garden, another stairway goes up to the roof terrace.

The kitchen of Villa Yucca is fully fitted with wooden units and has a gas hob, an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster. Beyond the kitchen is a small utility room containing a washing machine and a sink.

Bedrooms

The villa has four bedrooms, all with air conditioning units and with patio doors leading directly out to the pool and lower terrace.
Each of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds and two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are served by a full bathroom which also has a separate shower cubicle. There is ample wardrobe space in all the bedrooms with mirrored built-in units.

Outside

The villa has a large rectangular pool which can be heated at extra cost and the surrounding terrace is equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Beyond the pool is the garden which is planted with mature shrubs and palm trees with a grassed area where it is safe for children to play. There’s also a nice barbecue area on the 1st-floor balcony.
