We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Villa Manager Intern to join our team in the heart of the Algarve.
The Role
As a Villa Manager Intern, you will be the face of Boaz Rentals. You will manage the guest journey from the moment they book until they return home.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Managing communication (pre, during, and post-stay) to ensure a seamless experience.
- Quality Excellence: Conducting meticulous property inspections in Carvoeiro to ensure our villas meet 5-star standards.
- The Welcome: Leading in-person check-ins and providing personalized guest support.
- Concierge Services: Curating guest experiences, from private chefs and boat tours to local restaurant bookings.
- Feedback Management: Collecting guest insights to help us constantly improve our service.
Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. (Portuguese or other European languages are a strong plus, but not required).
- Mindset: High attention to detail, proactive, and a natural “people person”.
- Mobility: A driving license is not mandatory but is considered an advantage.
