We are delighted to offer you Casa Boaz, a fabulous completely renovated 1 bedroom apartment with arguably the best view and location overlooking the beautiful beach and square at Carvoeiro. There are many local restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity, wonderful cliff walks to enjoy and of course, staying here means you’ll be the first to wake up to the sounds and views of the Carvoeiro bay!
The space
Casa Boaz has a spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The living room offers a sofa, IPTV and a dining table. Of course, the kitchen is fully fitted, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combi microwave/oven. The bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00m, enough space to store your clothes and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower :-)
Location
The village of Carvoeiro has many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, nightclubs, banks and chemists. Along with the beautiful sandy beaches of Benagil and Marinha are just 5 min drive away. Lagoa is the nearest town with a local fish market and two large supermarkets for all your needs. For a fabulous family day out, visit the historic town of Silves with its ancient Moorish castle, or visit the fantastic water park (Slide and Splash) and theme park (Zoo Marine) all are a short drive away.
Note: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, so keep in mind that you have to walk some stairs. In the summer months (live) music is played on the square from about half-past eight to twelve o’clock. Also, there are some restaurants and cafes around and no parking at the apartment, the closest parking places are a 4-minute walk.

The accommodation was right in the heart of Carvoeiro, which was great for those who want to be close to all the action. The apartment was the best-equipped I’ve ever had—the kitchen had everything needed, everything was clean and beautifully furnished. We knew that staying in the center might bring some evening noise from nearby bars, and we were prepared for that. However, we were surprised by how noisy the apartment was during the night. Not because of the establishments—they closed at a reasonable time—but because of the taxi stand directly below our windows. Until the early hours, drunk people would gather there, making a lot of noise—arguments, shouting—which made it impossible for us to get a peaceful sleep. If you’re looking for accommodation in the center and don’t mind nighttime noise, it could be a suitable choice for you.

A lovely, clean apartment in a Central location. The apartment is modern but with all the comforts needed for a nice trip. I’d highly recommend. As others have said there is loud music from two bars underneath but music ends at midnight.

I can’t say enough about what a fantastic place this is! The apartment is furnished simply and beautifully, with everything you need. I especially appreciated the iron and hair dryer as those are 2 things I won’t travel with. The location is perfect for walking to everything in town and just a one minute walk to the beach!! As others mentioned, you’re right above a few bars/restaurants but they were typically quiet by midnight and any noise didn’t bother me. Parking can be an issue if you arrive later in the day but I had packed an overnight bag and went back for my suitcase the next day as I had parked farther away. But with some planning, that’s no problem and well worth it for the amazing location. You’ll love your stay here!
Our second stay at the apartment and it was every bit as good as before. For a one bedroom apartment it is very spacious with great sized balcony looking right onto the main street. It was very well equipped with the welcome box a bonus. Thank you.
I would absolutely recommend Casa Boaz! The flat is lovely with a modern kitchen, and impeccable presentation. It had everything we could have possibly needed, including washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning etc. It’s right on the main square of Carvoeiro and you can get a glimpse of the sea from the cute balcony. There is a lot of beautiful places to see around Carvoeiro so I would definitely recommened the location. The host was very responsive and sent over very clear instructions and recommendations, thank you so much! The only slight downside is that the main square of town can get very busy and loud during the evenings in summer, but we didn’t mind. We had a lovely time and would definitely book again!

Casa Boaz in Carvoeiro was beyond our expectations. First of all, the location was much better than we expected. It is literally right off the main square in the village. The beach can be seen from the patio and is a 2 minute walk. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. Everything that we needed for our stay! If you have the chance to stay here, just do it! You won’t regret it!
