Step into the spacious and sunlit living room, adorned with a cozy fireplace and a Smart TV. Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find a delightful dining area. The living room opens up to a lovely patio, providing direct access to a 5 x 10m pool. The pool area is surrounded by inviting terraces furnished with comfortable sunbeds, a BBQ area for delightful outdoor cooking experiences, and a convenient shower.

This villa boasts four air-conditioned bedrooms, each featuring built-in wardrobes. The two bedrooms upstairs have the added luxury of an expansive balcony, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the scenic surroundings. One of the bedrooms, complete with an en-suite bathroom, has its own covered terrace that leads to the enticing swimming pool area. Additionally, there is a separate living room for kids, equipped with two day beds that can accommodate two additional children or adults.

Casa Bougainvilla offers four bathrooms, all equipped with toilets. Three of the bathrooms feature refreshing showers, while one provides the indulgence of a relaxing bath.

Area

This villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation on one of the highest hills of Carvoeiro, one can walk down to the atmospheric centre of town in just a few minutes, also the beach is within walking distance. The urbanisation consists solely of detached pool villas, there is no evening- and night activities, the population is a mix of international residents and tourists.

The urbanisation is much appreciated for its high and quiet hilltop location, mostly offering nice sea- and country views, also favourable is the short distance to the town centre, beach, several golf courses and Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis. Carvoeiro is a traditional fishermen’s village, fortunately having kept an authentic atmosphere over the years, making it to one of the most popular villa holiday destinations in the Algarve. The centre looks down onto a small beach bay enclosed by rock formations, Praia do Carvoeiro, slopes with original building style properties enclose this picturesque scenario, its square is renowned.

The little square right in front of the beach with numerous restaurants and bars around it is an absolute must to stroll around. In Carvoeiro huge tourist complexes have never been allowed, herewith ensuring the lovely village character which makes Carvoeiro so popular among both residents as well as tourists, offering renowned ice creams almost at the beach square, furthermore a wide variety of Portuguese- and international cuisine restaurants.

Still an attraction is the little market, where you can buy fresh bread, meat and fish daily, the ‘bica’ (traditional Portuguese espresso) cannot be left untried. At its two beaches, several traditional fishermen’s boats invite to go and see the caves – you see the most unbelievable from the ‘hands of nature’, especially at low tide, from the sea you have a fantastic view over the impressive Algarve coast line with its golden sand beaches and magnificent rock formation raging up to 50m vertically out of the Ocean.

Golf

Golf is definitively the most popular sport in the Algarve, no wonder when realising the climatological conditions all year round and the exceptional beauty of layouts (most of them by famous international golf architects) and surroundings. Read below a selection of 4 excellent golf courses in your region out of the Algarve’ approximately 35 golf courses; Palmares Course: the breathtaking scenery can be appreciated from most of the course, with views over the Alvor river estuary, beaches and the bay of Lagos.

There are 5 authentic links holes among the dunes close to the ocean exposed to the prevailing winds. Other holes throughout hillsides and valleys full of trees. Penina Course: it has hosted the Portuguese open 8 times and is built on flattish parkland terrain with fairways lined by countless trees and with tricky water hazards. Also several long par-3 and par-4 holes, requiring both length and accuracy. Alto Course: it boasts a majestic site overlooking the ocean and with views inland towards the Monchique hills.

Some 10.000 trees were planted on the course and have attracted a large variety of birds. The course is not overly difficult and can be enjoyed by golfers of all standards. Golf do Morgado; recently opened, almost a 1000 acres, making it the biggest golf course in the Algarve.
