Fabulous cliff-top apartment with stunning sea views! Take the stairs down to the beach (Paraiso Beach) and take a morning swim. Go to bed to the sound of the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, yet only a few minutes walk to the center of Carvoeiro, close to all the restaurants and nightlife.
Casa Ocean View is simply and comfortably furnished in a traditional Algarve style. There is a lovely terrace with a lounge set next to the living room, so you can enjoy the phenomenal view.
Interior: The living room with the amazing terrace overlooking the ocean, a well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The open plan living/dining room has a dining table with 4 chairs, a fireplace, and a smart TV. Patio doors lead you to the partly covered terrace with breathtaking ocean views.
There are two bedrooms, both with a king size bed. Each bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
Outside: On the back terrace, you will find a lovely BBQ. There is also a nice table with chairs to enjoy your lunch and dinner. From the living room, you can enter the terrace with nice lounge furniture, where you can enjoy a beautiful 180-degree view of the ocean. The sunsets are amazing!

We really loved the apartment – it was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. We loved the decor and the two terraces for the sun and some shade if needed. Great place to watch the sunset. Just very comfortable and home from home – very close to the centre of town but also far enough away to be quiet. Nice area further up the road with supermarket and restaurants as well. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back one day.
Everyone’s top! A great apartment, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them large and top modern, 2 terraces (1x sun, 1 x shade), fully equipped modern kitchen. Mattresses, pillows, sheets and towels are all great! Air conditioners in every room are modern and work great. Location above Carvoeiro very quiet, but on foot everything can be reached very quickly, with great sunsets! Car parking space right in front of the house is always available and completely problem-free! For minor issues, they communicated and responded immediately, very friendly and professional. The apartment was very clean and tidy in every way. To welcome three bottles of drinks, thank you for that! Really completely unconditionally recommended!
We have had a fabulous stay at this apartment. It’s spacious, comfortable and very pretty The terrace is spectacular, we have enjoyed it a lot especially in the morning breakfasts and also during the sunsets that are beautiful from the terrace. Everything was perfectly clean and had everything necessary for a fabulous stay.
The condo is tastefully decorated and matches the photos well. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the front terrace as well as the outdoor shower in the back. The apartment is very well equipped! Everything you need upon arrival: coffee, orange juice, spices, and soap for dishes and clothes. We would have liked more comfortable beds and more opaque curtains because the light (motion detector) of the outside staircase lights up at night and it is very bright! Parking isn’t always available on the street across the street from the listing. The condo is located at the top of the cliff, so you have to walk on a narrow street with car traffic. We loved the atmosphere and charm of Carvoeiro. The host was quick to answer my questions. We had a lovely stay!
The apartment is really nice, just as shown in the listing. A wonderful view of the ocean with beautiful sunsets. It is also an incredibly well equipped place, even down to several beach parasols. Carvoeiro is a nice town and a good place to be based with several good restaurants. Boaz team was also very responsive when we contacted him. We really enjoyed our stay there and would happily stay again.

From start to finish it was superb! Beautiful view- beds were comfortable- front and back patios were beautiful! Staff was quick to respond- the book for helpful hints about beaches and restaurants was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!
Fabulous place and location. Very comfy beds and the apartment had everything you could possibly need. we would highly recommend the garden restuarant and the supermarket up the hill away from the town centre if you don’t have a car.
