Outside
Casa Pera has one hectare of breathtaking grounds, with a tropical-looking well-maintained garden complete with palm trees and a large saltwater pool with many features making the outside the place you will most likely spend most of your holiday. In the stunning pool you can enjoy the luxury of your own jet stream, fountains, an in-built bar, underwater music system and LED underwater lights with various colours! The pool also has a shallow area for the little ones.
As if the pool area isn’t reason enough to spend the majority of your time outside, adjacent to it is a large covered area with an inviting seating area around a fireplace, an enormous dining table and another large fitted kitchen! Enjoy the added feature complete with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, pizza oven, plates, pots and pans and cutlery.
With plenty of terraces to choose from, you will no doubt find your favourite spot outside and appreciate the calming river views whether you are lounging on a sunbed or cooling off in the outside shower.
Surroundings
Located a short drive from Albufeira, you will always have a large choice of places to go and discover various bars and restaurants, perhaps treating yourself to an evening at the 2 Michelin star Vila Joya restaurant. The large shopping centre (Algarve shopping) is only a 5 minute drive away, here you will find a large supermarket (open 7 days a week), cinema, restaurants and a huge choice of shops. Also within a 5 minute drive are the family holiday must-do attractions – Zoomarine and Aquashow water parks.

Fantastic villa!!! Everything was really fine, well organized, very kind people.
All the high-class technic worked very well and the huge swimming pool is awesome. The pictures on the web site are much worse than the reality on the ground. It’s often the other way around.
We’ll definitely try to come back.

This is a superb villa (although you would expect it to be) the house is fabulous with all bedrooms equal in there own way. Loads of communal space, we predominantly used the outside kitchen, so so many fridges, with all the equipment you could want. The villa is so quiet, no one to overlook or disturb you but does mean you will need a car or be happy to Uber everywhere. The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating and had everything for a baby (even a baby towel 💕) when we reported that a plug was broken it was fixed the same day. The pool is beautiful! So clean! And the cleaners came half way through to refresh everything. They had also put together a wonderful welcome hamper so you have something to nibble and drink when you arrive which was a wonderful touch. Overall a fabulous family stay, thank you 🙏
This is the second time we have rented this villa and it is a beautiful experience. There is a a lot of communal space and the bedrooms are beautifully designed and cool. The cleaning staff are excellent and the manager is quick to respond if we had an issue. We had one only and it was dealt with very quickly.
One thing that would be helpful is having more than 2 sets of keys and fobs, as there were 12 of us, many of us going out at different times of the day. Otherwise a beautiful setting for a big family holiday.
I really like the house, although the price is relatively high, but it is a good experience.

This was a beautiful property, well looked after and the owners were attentive and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had, which were very few. I would advise hiring more than one car as the house is quite rural and many Uber drivers had trouble finding the house. Otherwise, it was as described on the site. We were a family of 11 and it was very spacious and well designed for us. Linda Glenister
This place was phenomenal in every way. Pictures can always be a bit deceiving but this was the first time that a place was better in person than in the listing The outdoor area and pool in particular are enormous and absolutely gorgeous. Service was also beyond anything I have experienced before with a full cleaning twice a week. The owner also accommodated several requests and went above and beyond (including getting us some initial groceries as we were arriving late). I would 100% recommend this place. It had a lot of space for a large family and kids in particular will love the pool and the patio area!
