Casa Pinta is a beautiful new luxury townhouse situated overlooking the 7th hole of the prestigious Pestana Vale da Pinta golf course with far-reaching views towards Portimão. The house is part of a new development and has been completed to the highest standards with quality modern furnishings and benefits from the afternoon and evening sun.

There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the two other bedrooms have twin beds. All 3 rooms are ensuite. The townhouse is ideally situated for activity holidays, such as golf , horse riding, watersports, tennis and game fishing. Family holidays on the beach or simply to get away from it all and relax on the sun terrace taking in the afternoon sun.
It is particularly suited to families with small children as the communal pool, whilst close to the house, is far enough away for peace! The level of security is also extremely high, with the complex being regularly patrolled by security guards.

Area
The Pestana resort is situated between the beautiful old fishing town of Carvoeiro and Estombar and is ideally located for the famous Algarvian beaches as well as the stunning scenery of the Serra de Monchique mountain. With the opening of the new motorway transfers from Faro Airport to our apartment could not be easier, taking no more than 45-60 minutes. There is a large water park less than a 5-minute drive whilst the ancient Moorish city of Silves is easily accessible. There are two 18 hole golf courses at the resort plus the Pestana golf centre with a golf school, driving range and practice green.
Local activities diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking.

Have stayed at Casa Pinta many times over the years, just been again June 23 and have had a wonderful time, the house was very clean, the pool was great and some days we were the only ones around. The area is great for walks, golf and getting to the beach and local restaurants. You would really need to hire a car to get the full experience of this lovely area of Portugal. Lastly the Boaz Rental team have been very supportive and helpful and only a message or phone call away.
We have been going to this villa for many years and have always been very happy with the level of service and friendliness of the staff of Boaz rentals.
Casa limpa, arrumada, bem decotada, tudo de acordo com as fotos. Localização excelente, longe de confusão, muito sossegada no meio de campo de golfe, inserido em condomínio com segurança privada. Piscina partilhada, mas quase não se vê ninguém. Minha primeira experiência com Boaz Rentals e adorei, vou repetir. Adorei!

Casa excelente. Boas acomodações, limpa, ampla, jardim amplo, boa piscina. A 20 minutos da praia, podendo dividir entre praia e piscina sem grandes consumos de tempo nas deslocações.
Excedeu as expectativas. Espero voltar no próximo ano.

Property was as advertised, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It easily accommodated 4 golfers in the 2 twin rooms and 1 double. The swimming pool was a 30 second walk from the front door, with numerous sunbeds and umbrellas. There were plenty of parking spaces on both sides of the villa. Security on the complex was good, with a barrier gate for cars in the evening. Pinta Golf Clubhouse was a few minutes stroll away, Gramacho a bit further and ideally needs a car, but there is a small supermarket near to it. Overall a great place to stay, and thoroughly recommended. Thank you.
Casa enorme e increible! Mucho mejor que en las fotos. Muy espaciosa, limpia y perfecta para disfrutar de unos dias en Portugal. Cerca de Carvoeiro pero en una zona realmente tranquila. La piscina casi para uso individual, no habia nunca nadie. Las instalaciones impresionantes. Zona de jardín, terrazas, salón, habitaciones grandes y con baño completo ¡Repetiría sin dudar! Anfitriones muy amables.
