At 300m you will find the very good L´Orange Restaurant and the Vila Nova Restaurant is also nearby.

Amazing place to stay. Communication with Matthijs and the agency was really smooth and clear. Also, very flexible when it came to special requirements. Thanks again for the extra crib. House was also very clean and instructions very clear. A bit away from the city center – hard to walk properly from there but despite this, I 100% recommend the house and Matthijs !
Great sized villa in a lovely spot quiet Cul de sac and not over looked and yet within walking distance (fairly steep hill but great for walking of that lunch ) of the beach and local bars and restaurants. I would say it took a few minutes to find that 4th bedroom as it was hidden behind what looked like a kitchen cupboard 😂 Great Villa Great stay 😎 Thank you
Matthijs and his agents were quick to respond to messages and very proactive in responding to requests from us. Fabulous villa with loads of space for a family and the equipment in the kitchen and pool area was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
Beautiful villa with exceptional views from roof top terrace. Although there are a few restaurants close by, there are many in the centre about a 15min walk but a very hilly walk home, but taxis are available. Food was excellent in all the restaurants we visited and all reasonably priced. Boazrentals were always on hand to help with any queries. The owner has left an excellent information booklet with all the information about the area and villa that you would need. My friends and I had a very pleasant stay in a gorgeous villa. Will definitely consider another visit in the future.
We had a great week here. It’s about a 5-10min walk right onto the main beach. The walk back was about 15mins purely because of a very steep hill but we just caught €3 Ubers back every day. There was a slight ant problem over the week but this was communicated and sorted out. They did come back and we had some sprays for them but it didn’t really help. I have also stayed in Portugal many times and ants will always be around. However the communication and quick response to this was great. The electrics did keep cutting out which we also told the villa manager. We were told that sometimes if appliances are ran with the AC this can happen. It’s also worth know that we were a group of 7 girls using a lot of appliances at once and it was easy to just turn it all back on via the electric box. Overall we had the best holidah and didnt want to leave 🙁 will definitley be coming back!! Thank you so much x
Wonderful villa in very quiet location but close to all the local facilities. Super equipped kitchen which is spacious with plenty of work space. Check in and out very easy with excellent communication – agent Yannick was exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Overall, a first class experience for both families at the villa and highly recommend to other potential users.
