Casa Teresa

Casa Teresa is a very nice located villa near lively and popular Carvoeiro. Located in the countryside, but walking distance to the beach and to the centre of Carvoeiro. The villa has a mature, large garden, private and heated (optional) pool.

The space

This villa in Carvoeiro has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a guest toilet. Large lounge/dining area with doors to a terrace. The kitchen is well equipped.

Bedroom 1
Master bedroom of the Casa Teresa has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.

Bedroom 2 and 3
Casa Teresa has two twin rooms (each room has two single beds) and those bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom has an air-con unit (optional)

The kitchen is well equipped with among others: an electric hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and toaster. The pantry has a washing machine and iron facilities.

The villa has central heating and a wood burner. WiFi, DVD and satellite TV is also available.

Outside

Although the villa Carvoeiro is only 15 minutes walking to the lively village Carvoeiro, you can easily find privacy and peace in the secluded garden. The well-maintained garden has lawns, and many fruit trees like oranges, lemons, figs and almonds. From the garden you can walk down to the village Carvoeiro, a nice walk!

With a few steps down you enter the pool area with sun lounges and umbrellas around the pool which has an option to be heated. The partly covered terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners, looking over the pool and garden. A built-in BBQ will make your holiday complete at Casa Teresa!

Surroundings

The villa Carvoeiro is only 15 minutes walk to popular Carvoeiro where you can find everything you need such as many, many bars and restaurants for all budgets, supermarkets, shops, beach… 

A large supermarket (Intermarche) is just outside Carvoeiro.

From your doorstep you can walk to little secluded beaches (15 minutes walk), a 10 minutes drive there are many other nice, white sandy beaches like Praia da Rocha and Ferragudo.

In Carvoeiro, you can enjoy all activities you can think of, such as dolphin watching, sailing, scuba diving, Jeep safaris, trips to the popular Zoo marine or one of the many water parks the Algarve has. A 5-minute drive to the tennis club Carvoeiro and many renowned golf courses are all in the area!!

More to the West Algarve, you find popular places like Alvor and Lagos, and another short drive you find the historic town of Silves or the Monchique mountain area.
