Casa Vale

Casa Vale is a beautiful new luxury apartment situated overlooking the 7th hole of the prestigious Pestana Vale da Pinta golf course with far-reaching views towards Portimao. The apartment is part of new development and has been completed to the highest standards with quality modern furnishings and benefits from the afternoon and evening sun.

The apartment is fully fitted with all that you could need for a luxury holiday.

There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, the master bedroom double/twin with en-suite, bedroom 2 is with twin beds and has a separate shower room. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is ideally situated for activity holidays, such as golf, horse riding, watersports, tennis and game fishing.

Family holidays on the beach or simply to get away from it all and relax on the sun terrace taking in the afternoon sun. It is particularly suited to families with small children as the communal pool, whilst close to the apartment, is far enough away for peace! The level of security is also extremely high, with the complex being regularly patrolled by security guards.

Living room and kitchen

Fireplace, sofa bed-settee and 2 easy chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with a: grill, dishwasher, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer. Also, there is a dining area seating for 6 people.

We offer 2 bedrooms but Casa Vale sleeps a maximum of 6 people using the sofabed in the lounge..

Cots can be provided at no extra cost.

Balcony, with storage, barbecue, table & 6 chairs. There is parking outside the apartment. The swimming pool is a 1-minute walk and has facilities.

The Pestana resort is situated between the beautiful old fishing town of Carvoeiro and Estombar and is ideally located for the famous Algarvian beaches as well as the stunning scenery of the Serra de Monchique mountain. With the opening of the new motorway transfers from Faro Airport to our apartment could not be easier, taking no more than 45-60 minutes. There is a large water park less than a 5-minute drive whilst the ancient Moorish city of Silves is easily accessible. There are two 18 hole golf courses at the resort plus the Pestana golf centre with a golf school, driving range and practice green.
