Inside: Very comfortable and spacious living/dining room with built-in fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, internet and underfloor heating. The sliding doors give direct access to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen, with typical Portuguese tiles, is fully equipped. All bedrooms have air conditioning and are tastefully decorated. Two luxurious bathrooms, one ensuite with bathtub and separate shower and the other with a bath and shower, toilet, and bidet.
Outside: The private swimming pool (heatable on request) measures 9 x 5 meters and is surrounded by a large, spacious garden with palm trees and lots of flowers. There is a barbecue available at Villa Beira to prepare ‘al fresco’ meals. Large parking outside.

A beautiful villa, with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. A beautiful big garden with a big pool that we let preheat and bath despite the not so good weather. The whole house was very clean and well maintained, someone also came to clean and change towels in between.
First of all, we were welcomed by Philippe, the owner of the property, which is within our reach. Our clear and fluid exchanges have made us feel very comfortable. The place is great with beautiful bedrooms and their bathrooms without forgetting the great outside. We thank Philippe

We loved our stay! So much space, great facilities, perfect location for a walk or 5 min taxi into Carvoeiro and very comfortable beds. Would really recommend this villa as the perfect place to relax and enjoy this part of Portugal.
We had an absolutely lovely holiday in this beautiful villa. It’s really spacious, immaculately clean and had everything we could have wanted. Fantastic pool surrounded by plenty of sun or shade and a great area on the terrace for lazy lunches and BBQ dinners, looking over the beautiful garden. We were looking forward to this stay based on the description and photos and were not disappointed. Huge amount of space, indoors and out. Exceptionally clean. Looked forward to coming home each day after exploring numerous beaches just to relax by the pool and unwind. Five minutes walk to miles and miles of spectacular cliff trails overlooking the ocean, and small secluded beach coves to explore. Walk to town via the cliffs about 10 – 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely villa. It is huge and the outside space in particular in wonderful. As it is high up, there was a breeze so it was perfect.
